Terms of stay

Upon arrival after 06.00 a.m. and before 14:00 hours, an additional fee of 50% of the room rate will be charged. If you check in before 06:00 a.m., you will be charged an additional fee of 100% of the room rate.

Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 hours is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate for one day, and after 18:00 hours is charged at the rate of 100% of the room rate for one day.

Booking cancellation	At the Ravan Hotel, we understand that plans may change, and we always try to offer flexible conditions for our guests. Our cancellation policy is designed to make it easy for you to adapt to changing circumstances.

Cancellation policy

A passport or driver's license and a phone number are required for booking.

In case of late check-out, the payment for additional accommodation is charged as follows:

Before 18:00 after check—out time - payment for half of the day.
After 18:00 on the current departure day, payment is made per day, regardless of the check—out time.

Payment for accommodation is calculated according to the uniform check—in time - 14:00 of the current day.
